From Our Family Farm to Your Morning Ritual

What if your morning coffee could do more than wake you up? This isn’t just any blend — it’s the first coffee grown on our very own farm in the mountains of Nicaragua. Carefully cultivated with love and hand-picked at peak ripeness, it’s then roasted fresh to order in California. This light roast delivers a smooth, vibrant cup with tasting notes of pomegranate, honey, and chocolate — a flavor that reflects resilience, heritage, and hope in every sip.

Why You’ll Love It

Single Origin – Grown on our family farm in Nueva Segovia— fully traceable and rooted in tradition.
Peak Ripeness Picking – Hand-picked cherries ensure a naturally sweet, balanced cup.
High Elevation Grown – At 1,200m, cooler temps bring out complexity and depth.
Washed Process – Clean and bright flavor with crisp acidity.
Roasted to Order – Roasted 1–3 days after you order to guarantee freshness.

Born from a promise, grown with love.

🌱 From Our Farm to Your Cup

After my grandma and dad passed, we vowed to keep our family’s farm in Nicaragua alive. I left the U.S. to honor that promise. The trees were nearly gone— but we brought them back with care, patience, and love.

That first harvest? Unforgettable. Now, every bean is still grown on our family farm, hand-picked for quality, and roasted in small batches for bold flavor and unmatched freshness

—no middlemen, ever.

Here’s a quick guide based on how you brew:

  • Whole Bean – best for freshness (grind just before brewing)

How to brew?

Chemex / Pour Over

  • Ratio: 1:16 (e.g. 25g of coffee to 400g of water)

  • Grind: Medium-coarse, similar to sea salt

  • Tip: Bloom the grounds with a small amount of hot water for 30 seconds, then pour the rest slowly in circles. Total brew time: 3.5 to 4 minutes.

French Press

  • Ratio: 1:15 (e.g. 30g of coffee to 450g of water)

  • Grind: Coarse, like breadcrumbs

Steps: Add coffee, pour in hot water, stir gently, and let steep for 4 minutes. Press slowly and serve.Note: Feel free to adjust the coffee-to-water ratio based on how strong you like your brew — these are great starting points!
